We the members of the club inspired with the theme of the Rotary joins the Rotary club platform to serve above self, support curing diseases, support literacy program, bring peace, bring hope, save lives ,creates sustainable lively hood and bridge communities.
As a Club we should have enough resilience and tolerance to assimilate agreements, disagreements ,comments, criticism and diverse view points finally harmonising to exploit the full potential of the members ;that is Rotarians.

Our Mission
- Mega Plantation Programs ,”Say no to Plastic “supporting the seventh area of focus “Supporting the Environment”.
- Project Postive Health – Know your Numbers Program
- Regular health camps in various Gram Panchyats and Urban areas for prevention of “Non communicable disease”.
- Rejuvenating water bodies and providing drinking water under Water mission.
- Skill Development Program in adopted village for sustainable lively hood.
- Pre schooling facility in the adopted village.
- Awareness camps in Mother and Child Health.
- Project of setting up affordable Low cost Diagnostic Lab for rural / urban poor.

History
The Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar Confluence came in to bring on 6th July 2008 and officially got registered by the Rotary International with presentation of Charter on 13th Aug 2008 vid ID No: 80091. It was the sole efforts and guidance of District Governor Rtn.Dilip K. Pattnaik under supervision of GSR PP. Rtn. Dr. Debraj Nayak. The Club started with a promising note since old Rotarians and Civil servants and professionals took the membership of the club on their own volition to attempt to social service activities under the Rotary banner. With 28 charter members under leadership of PP. Rtn.Kailash Chandra Kanugo as Charter President and Rtn. Saumya Ranjan Mishra as Charter Secretary. Since then the club has been acknowledge as premier club of R.I.Dist 3262 for its commitments, conviction and dedication for the cause of Rotary.

The Rotary Club has the ability to support people to meet all these requirements in their lives.

With this vision Rotary Club of Bhubaneswar Harmony starting its new Rotary journey taking a small step in adopting an all tribal/adivasi village Godibari in Chandka Block of around 90 families with a population of 500 in the outskirt of Bhubaneswar ,capital city of Odisha and extending an helping hand to the villagers in their pursuit of accessing water, sanitation, education, health care and sustainable lively hood to fulfil their dream.
